Undergraduate Student Opportunities

After all, we're a multi-billion dollar company that offers countless opportunities for the talented and ambitious undergraduate to gain valuable business experience. You'll be invited to participate in off-site visits and activities, be empowered through learning workshops, and receive mentoring from our seasoned employees.

Interested individuals should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have a minimum GPA of 3.0, have at least two years of completion toward a degree and be eligible to work in the United States upon graduation without requiring sponsorship.

Students who are accepted into our paid 10-week summer internship program at our stores at various locations nationally can expect:

  • To work alongside store managers and associates and share in the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a retail store
  • To receive hands-on experience in various departments throughout the store
  • Exposure to regional store operations functions, including Human Resources and Loss Prevention

Students who are accepted into our paid 10-week summer internship program at our distribution centers at various locations nationally can expect:

  • To work alongside full-time employees and share in the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a distribution center
  • To receive hands-on experience of the product flow and processes that are vital for smooth operations
  • To develop valuable, transferable skills and contribute to our high-performance culture
