   Gerald L. Storch
Chairman and CEO
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


Gerald L. Storch joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. in February 2006, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for leveraging the strength of the Toys"R"Us brand and positioning the global franchise for growth over the long term.

Prior to joining Toys"R"Us, Inc., Mr. Storch was Vice Chairman of Target Corporation. He joined Target in 1993 as Senior Vice President of Strategy, and served in roles of increasing seniority over the next 12 years.

While at Target, his broad responsibilities included overall strategy, supply chain, the Internet business, technology services, financial services, guest relationship management and market research, the six sigma program, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Storch was also instrumental in developing strategies and overseeing execution for Target Corporation's department store portfolio, including leading the turnaround at Marshall Field's and the subsequent sales of Marshall Field's and Mervyn's.

Mr. Storch has a track record of building growth businesses, including leading the development and growth of the SuperTarget grocery strategy and the highly successful target.com business, and initiating and growing the financial services business.

Prior to joining Target, Mr. Storch was a partner at McKinsey & Company, specializing in retail and financial services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.


   Ron Boire
Executive Vice President
President, Toys"R"Us, North America


Ron Boire was appointed President, Toys"R"Us, North America in September 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Boire oversees all merchandising, marketing and operations for more than 600 Toys"R"Us stores throughout the United States and Canada. He is also responsible for e-commerce operations and for positioning the company's North American toy business for future growth.

Mr. Boire joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. in July 2006 as President of Toys"R"Us, U.S. Prior to joining Toys"R"Us, Mr. Boire was Executive Vice President and Global Merchandise Manager for Best Buy. In this role, he led the merchandising organization, overseeing buying decisions for consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software, appliances and services for the company's 740 stores nationwide.

Before joining Best Buy, Mr. Boire spent 17 years at Sony Corporation serving in a number of key marketing, sales and management positions before being appointed President of Sony Electronics Consumer Sales Company. In this position, he was responsible for managing sales and distribution of Sony's consumer electronics products across the country. Prior to this, Mr. Boire served as President, Sony Personal Mobile Products Company.

Mr. Boire received master's degrees from Columbia University, Columbia Business School and London University, London Business School.

Mr. Boire was awarded the S. David Feir International Humanitarian Award by the Anti-Defamation League in 2002. He is actively involved with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Boire is also a member of the board of the Toys"R"Us Children's Fund.


   Deborah Derby
President - Babies"R"Us

Deborah Derby was appointed President, Babies"R"Us in May 2006. In this role, she oversees all aspects of merchandising, marketing and store operations for the largest baby product specialty chain store in the world. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Derby served as Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Communications for Toys"R"Us, Inc. In this position, she was responsible for the Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Communications functions for all of the company's divisions worldwide.

After joining Toys"R"Us, Inc. in 2000 as Vice President, Human Resources for its Babies"R"Us Division, Ms. Derby held various Human Resource roles within the company, including Vice President, Associate Relations, Toys"R"Us, Inc. and Senior Vice President, Associate Relations and Organizational Effectiveness.

Prior to joining Toys"R"Us, Inc., Ms. Derby spent eight years at Whirlpool Corporation in various Human Resource roles. She joined Whirlpool from the law firm Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, where she was an attorney specializing in employment law. Prior to that, she worked as a Financial Analyst for Goldman Sachs in New York and spent one year working at the company's London offices.

Ms. Derby holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the Society for Human Resource Professionals. Ms. Derby also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Toys"R"Us Children's Fund.


   Clay Creasey
Chief Financial Officer
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


Clay Creasey joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. in May 2006 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Creasey is an integral part of the executive team working to leverage the company's leadership position as the toy and baby authority in the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Creasey joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. with 25 years of financial management experience in the retail industry. He began his retail career at Lucky Stores, a large, public grocery, where he spent 11 years in various corporate and division financial roles. More recently, he spent 13 years at Mervyn's, a subsidiary of Target Corporation, where he served as their Chief Financial Officer for five years. He also spent one year as the financial head of Zoom Systems, a San Francisco-based start-up company in the automated retail sector. During his career, Mr. Creasey has been involved with several corporate and operational restructurings and financial turnarounds.

Before entering the retail sector, Mr. Creasey spent two years as an Actuarial Analyst at Fireman's Fund and six years as a Corporate Lending Officer with Crocker Bank.

Mr. Creasey holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.


   Claire Babrowski
Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


Claire Babrowski joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. in June 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer. In this position, Ms. Babrowski provides leadership for the entire company's logistics and information technology functions. She also oversees all of the company's global franchise operations and has responsibility for the growth of the company's owned operations and equity positions in the Pacific arena. Ms. Babrowski plays a key role in leveraging the worldwide strength and capabilities of the world's largest toy and baby products specialty retailer.

Ms. Babrowski has extensive experience driving global operational strategies and managing successful business development teams. She joined Toys"R"Us, Inc. from RadioShack Corporation, where she served as acting Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining RadioShack, Ms. Babrowski spent a 30-year career at McDonald's in a number of key operations roles before being appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Restaurant Operations Officer. As one of the top five executives in the company, Ms. Babrowski was responsible for 2200 restaurants in the Pacific and Canada and led worldwide research and development efforts to improve the operational capability of McDonald's restaurants. Additionally, she led staff functions providing field support and standards oversight in areas of menu, operations, equipment development, real estate, architecture and construction, supply chain, training and store technology. Prior to that she held the position of President, Asia/Pacific, Middle East, Africa, where she was responsible for 7600 restaurants in 34 markets throughout Asia/Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Ms. Babrowski holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and serves on the board of Delhaize Group.


   Dan Caspersen
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


Dan Caspersen was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Toys"R"Us, Inc. in May 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Caspersen oversees associate relations for nearly 60,000 field, distribution center and corporate employees. In addition, he is responsible for internal communications, talent acquisition and development, benefits, compensation, training and staffing for all the company's divisions worldwide.

Prior to joining Toys"R"Us, Inc., Mr. Caspersen spent 25 years at Target Corporation, where he held positions as Vice President, Human Resources for Stores and Vice President, Human Resources for Headquarters. In these roles, Mr. Caspersen was responsible for staffing, employee relations, training, development, compensation and benefits execution for 290,000 hourly staff members in 1,500 stores and 11,000 corporate executives. During his tenure with Target Corporation, Mr. Caspersen also spent seven years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Mervyn's, a division of Target Corporation.

Mr. Caspersen holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.


   Rick Ruppert
Executive Vice President
Product Development, Safety and Sourcing
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


Rick Ruppert was appointed Executive Vice President, Product Development, Safety and Sourcing for Toys"R"Us, Inc. in December 2006. In this position, Mr. Ruppert is responsible for increasing the sales performance of private label brands for the company on a global basis, as well as overseeing product development, quality assurance and global sourcing. Mr. Ruppert works with his team to identify leading toy trends with global relevance and integrates these trends at the store level. He also is a member of the Toys"R"Us, Inc. Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Toys"R"Us, Inc., Mr. Ruppert spent six years at The Limited Brands serving as the Senior Vice President for the Beauty Avenues division of Limited Brands. During his tenure, Mr. Ruppert was in charge of all global sourcing, production, strategic purchasing and operations planning for the company's internal brands, including Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret Beauty, Henri Bendel, C.O. Bigelow Apothecaries, White Barn Candle Company and Slatkin Candles. Mr. Ruppert also held management positions at Walt Disney, General Motors, Franklin Mint and Jet Aviation.

Mr. Ruppert received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Drexel University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.


   David J. Schwartz
Senior Vice President, General Counsel Corporate Secretary
Toys"R"Us, Inc.


As Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Toys“R”Us, Inc., David Schwartz is responsible for managing all legal and regulatory affairs for the company. Mr. Schwartz oversees a team of attorneys who perform numerous legal functions in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, employment and labor, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance and securities. Mr. Schwartz is also a member of the Toys“R”Us, Inc. Executive Committee, serves as Secretary for the company’s Board of Directors and is a director on the board of Toys“R”Us, Japan Ltd.

Joining Toys“R”Us, Inc. in 2001 as Vice President, Corporate Counsel, Mr. Schwartz was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2002, where he was responsible for managing the organization’s legal department. Mr. Schwartz assumed his current position in 2003.

Before joining Toys“R”Us, Inc., Mr. Schwartz was a corporate partner at Anderson, Kill & Olick, P.C., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and the formation of private investment funds.

Mr. Schwartz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University Business School.

Mr. Schwartz is a board member of the Toys“R”Us Children’s Fund and serves as a Trustee for the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation.
